We welcome your feedback. If you have a question, concern, or compliment about your experience with our clinic, please let us know - by emailing us at info@drstephaniebayliss.com, calling us at 250-415-6592, or speaking with our team in person.

This process is informal and is separate from a complaint to the regulator. If your concern involves patient safety or another regulated professional, we may be required to report it under provincial law.

We aim to acknowledge all feedback within two business days.
