Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Missed visits, or short notice cancellations leave spaces in your Naturopathic Doctor’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient.

Because of this, 2 business days are required for any change or cancellation to your scheduled appointment. For example, if you have an appointment on a Monday, you need to notify the office by Thursday to avoid being charged a cancellation fee and if you have an appointment on Tuesday you need to notify the office by Friday.

If you provide less than 2 business days notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee which is equivalent to the cost of your scheduled appointment.
