Mental Health and Hormones

are Our Mission.

From mood to hormones, we help women thrive through life’s challenges and transitions.

NEW PATIENT APPLICATION

You deserve care providers who truly understand you.

Women’s health—especially mental health and midlife health care—often feels incomplete.

Medication and therapy are usually the main options offered — about 1 in 5 women in Canada fill an antidepressant prescription each year. These treatments play an important role, but they're only part of the story.

Every part of your health deserves attention.

We're here to offer something different.

Through a whole-person approach, we help you find lasting balance, build energy you can rely on, and reclaim a sense of wellness that feels true to who you are.

From mental health to menopause and everything in between, let’s make your health feel whole again.

We believe your physical AND mental health are your greatest assets.

Strong doctor-patient relationships lead to better health outcomes, which is why our first appointments are at least 75 minutes long. That time allows for a thorough assessment of your physical and mental health, including whether other factors may be contributing to your symptoms.

We want you to leave feeling that your concerns have been heard and understood. Our goal is to help you understand your health and give you practical tools to improve it. Our recommendations are evidence-based, so you can feel confident in your personalized treatment plan.

Some Common Questions

Yes! Currently offering virtual, phone and in-person appointments. When scheduling your appointment, specify what type of appointment you would prefer.

Currently, Naturopathic Doctor visits are not covered under the Medical Services Plan (MSP) in BC, other than a small portion if you have premium assistance status. However, most extended benefit plans cover services provided by Naturopathic Doctors. More insurance plans are providing a ‘health spending account’ where all of your benefits could theoretically be directed to Naturopathic services, in which case 100% of your fees would be covered. Check with your extended benefit plan to see what your plan covers.

Our current fees, along with insurance and lab testing details, are on our fee schedule page.
