## Visiting the Clinic

Our clinic is in a heritage home at #3-1140 Fort Street, Victoria. Appointments are available in person, virtually, or by phone.

When you arrive

You're welcome to wait in the waiting room, in your vehicle, or on the front porch. Your naturopathic doctor will come get you from the waiting room or call your cell phone when they're ready.

Please clean or sanitize your hands before entering the treatment room.

Masks

Masks are optional and available at the clinic. You're always welcome to ask your naturopathic doctor to wear one during your appointment. We may recommend masking or other precautions based on a point-of-care risk assessment and current infection prevention practices.

If you're unwell

If you have symptoms of a contagious illness (such as fever, significant cough, vomiting, or diarrhea), or you've been advised to isolate by public health or another healthcare provider, please contact us before your appointment. We can often switch your visit to virtual care or reschedule.

Before each in-person appointment, you'll receive a short screening form to complete.
