Keeping You Safe During COVID-19


  • To reduce the spread of COVID-19, virtual appointments using a telemedicine platform that is PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act) compliant is the preference for appointments.

  • In person appointments are being offered as required, and the procedures for these appointments are described below. 

  • Dr. Stephanie Bayliss ND will be wearing appropriate PPE as outlined by WorkSafe BC and the College of Naturopathic Physicians. 

  • The treatment room is outfitted with a HEPA air purifier. 

  • Sanitization procedures include frequent cleaning throughout the shift and disinfecting the treatment room after each appointment.


 Preparing for your appointment


  • Prior to your appointment you will be required to fill out a screening survey through JaneApp. This will be sent to you via email. 

  • Bring minimal items to your appointment. 

  • Please use the washroom at home prior to arriving at the clinic. Washrooms are available, however we are trying to minimize the usage. 

 

Arriving For Your Appointment


  • Please wait in your vehicle or outside on the porch of the heritage home, and Stephanie will phone you on your cell phone when she is ready for you to enter. If you do not have a cell phone, please wait outside on the porch, and Stephanie will come to the porch and signal she is ready for you. 

  • There is a 15-minute grace period between each appointment to facilitate cleaning and transition of patients, however, sometimes there may be short delays in beginning your appointment and we appreciate your patience!



During Your Appointment


  • Please wear a mask before entering the clinic. Please bring your own mask to your visits, and if you do not have a mask we will provide you with one.  

  • It is required for you to practice hand hygiene prior to entering the treatment room. There is hand sanitizer for your use prior to entering the treatment room, alternatively there is a washroom available for you to wash your hands. 

 

Payment 


  • It is preferred to have your payment processed through the Jane app booking software and to have your credit card information stored within our system. Immediately following your appointment, we will process your payment card, and we will provide you with an emailed receipt. 

  • As an alternative, we are also accepting e-transfers. At this time we are not currently accepting cash.
