After working with over a thousand women, I believe the foundations to supporting the mind, brain, and body include:
I am a Naturopathic Physician, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and co-founder of the MenoVerse. I am dedicated to helping women feel their best mentally & physically.
There are three ways to work with me.

Start here if you are interested in seeing Dr. Stephanie (ND) in her private practice for a one-on-one consultation.
Evidence based education and inspiring community to ignite vibrant health in the menopause transition and beyond 🚀.
Dr. Stephanie offers small group treatment programs for women with thyroid disease (Peri-menopause to menopause coming soon!). If you are interested in learning more, head here.
We have a simple 3 step process for getting started. You can book in virtual or in-person.
Prior to your initial appointment you will fill out the personal health assessment intake form. This will be completed online and will provide Dr. Stephanie with the details she needs to get a jump start on your care.
Your first visit will provide a full health checkup along with an understanding of your core concerns to provide you with the best plan to better health.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! Currently offering virtual, phone and in-person appointments. When scheduling your appointment, specify what type of appointment you would prefer.
Are my visits covered by health insurance?
Currently, Naturopathic Doctor visits are not covered under the Medical Services Plan (MSP) in BC, other than a small portion if you have premium assistance status. However, most extended benefit plans cover services provided by Naturopathic Doctors. More insurance plans are providing a ‘health spending account’ where all of your benefits could theoretically be directed to Naturopathic services, in which case 100% of your fees would be covered. Check with your extended benefit plan to see what your plan covers.
How much does working with Dr. Stephanie cost?
Your health is an investment, and I believe that when people feel well, they can be more productive, happier and experience life to the fullest. In addition to the financial cost of care, you are making a commitment to yourself.
Extended healthcare benefits may cover a portion of the visit fee - check with your insurer regarding your specific plan.
